When we get wood back to our workshop, the material is separated. Complete frames and choice beams are tagged, and set aside. Other material will be transformed into resawed flooring and paneling. We only use sleeper logs and joist stock for our flooring and paneling, to ensure a better quality product.

The wood is sawed, kiln-dried, planed, back-relieved, and end-trimmed up to 11", then wrapped in weather protection, and shipped to our customers with care.

Old wood going to the saw to be milled into blanks for panelling and flooring, and then will be carefully sorted (above).
A reclaimed beam (above) is prepared for sawing.
Finished board (right) displays the warmth and grain of wood that had been hidden in an old beam.
A craftsman, above, carefully saws old beam into boards.
Reclaimed wood is then placed in our large kiln for careful, slow drying.
Meticulous care is given to our wood products. Here a craftsman brushes the side of a board.
Original boarding here is carefully graded and stacked after kiln drying, and is readied for shipment.
